Solve insurance complaint /dispute between insurance company and the consumer
Raise your insurance claim to the respective insurance company first, if not attended or you are not satisfied with the proposed resolution, you may approach CBUAE and log a complaint in our Website / Application / Call Centre ( This option is acceptable for People of determination / Seniors only ) . If you are not satisfied with the final resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the complaint to be a dispute that will be handled by our Insurance Dispute Resolution committee.
Only the concerned person or his legal representative can raise the complaint / dispute.
